And Turia Pitt has likened her baby bump to a basketball, sharing a snap of her growing belly to Instagram on Tuesday.
The brave burns survivor is 40 weeks pregnant with her first child with fiance Michael Hoskin.
In the social media snap, the proud mum-to-be showed off her baby belly in a sports bra and track pants.
‘Who needs a basketball with a bump like this,’ Turia captioned the photo, also adding the hashtag #amirightladies.
40 weeks pregnant, the motivational speaker is expected to give birth to a son any day now.
‘It’s good, he’s kicking, I can feel him moving around … I’ve felt really great this whole pregnancy I’ve felt really smug,’ Turia told Today Extra.
Turia and her partner Michael confirmed they were expecting their first child together in June.
Turia previously revealing she had discovered she was pregnant in Nepal, just days before she was due to depart for Mount Everest Base Camp.
She told 60 Minutes she had taken six pregnancy tests before sharing the news with her partner Michael.
‘I had a mouthful of toothpaste,’ Michael said.
‘I couldn’t really say much but I knew what was going on and I was just – I was like wow I can’t believe it!’
In 2011, Turia was severely burned in a bushfire while participating in an outback ultramarathon in the Kimberley region in WA.
